Who We Are and What We Do

The CWSEC members include local municipalities in Georgetown and Horry Counties. The municipalities are represented in the consortium by their staff, who serve in departments such as public works and stormwater management.

The CWSEC education providers represent various academic, non-profit, and state organizations that conduct training and education programs throughout the region, and also design specific programs for member municipalities.
